Very disappointed to find that the manual only covers RZH and LH models (i.e. doesn't cover e.g. KZH models). The zip file is actually called "TOYOTA-HIACE-1989-2004-H100-RZH-LH-Series". Given that the seller obviously knows that the manual doesn't cover all 1989-2004 models it would be helpful if that was stated somewhere in the descriptions that are presented before the sale.
