CITROEN BX CAR

The Citroën BX is a large family car produced by the French automaker Citroën from 1982 to 1994. It was designed by Marcello Gandini of Bertone and was Citroën's first front-wheel drive car since the Traction Avant of the 1930s. The BX was available in hatchback, estate, and convertible body styles, and was powered by a variety of petrol and diesel engines. The BX was a critical and commercial success, and was praised for its comfort, handling, and fuel economy. It was also one of the first cars to be equipped with a hydropneumatic suspension system, which gave it a very smooth ride. The BX was also notable for its innovative design, which featured a steeply raked windscreen and a glass tailgate. The BX was replaced by the Xantia in 1993, but it remains a popular classic car today. It is particularly popular with enthusiasts of French cars and classic cars in general.
