BMC Model WF K30 K40 K60 K100 K120 Vehicles
The BMC Model WF K-Series range of diesel-engined trucks, tippers and tractors was introduced in 1975.
The range was available with a variety of wheelbases and body options, and was powered by a Perkins 6.354 engine.
The K30 was the lightest model in the range, with a gross vehicle weight of 7.5 tonnes. It was available with a choice of short or long wheelbases, and could be fitted with a variety of body options, including a dropside truck, tipper or tractor unit.
The K40 was a heavier model, with a gross vehicle weight of 8.25 tonnes. It was available with a choice of short, medium or long wheelbases, and could be fitted with a variety of body options, including a dropside truck, tipper, box van or tractor unit.
The K60 was the heaviest model in the range, with a gross vehicle weight of 10.5 tonnes. It was available with a choice of short, medium or long wheelbases, and could be fitted with a variety of body options, including a dropside truck, tipper, box van or tractor unit.
The K100 was a 4x4 version of the K60, with a gross vehicle weight of 10.5 tonnes. It was available with a choice of short or long wheelbases, and could be fitted with a variety of body options, including a dropside truck, tipper or tractor unit.
The K120 was a 6x4 version of the K60, with a gross vehicle weight of 12 tonnes. It was available with a choice of short or long wheelbases, and could be fitted with a variety of body options, including a dropside truck, tipper or tractor unit.
The BMC Model WF K-Series range was a popular choice for operators who needed a reliable and versatile truck. The range was discontinued in 1982, when it was replaced by the BMC Model LF range.
