The Suzuki SV650 and SV650S are sport motorcycles manufactured by Suzuki from 1999 to 2002. They are powered by a 645 cc 90° V-twin engine and feature a trellis frame, inverted forks, and a single-sided swingarm. The SV650S is a half-faired version of the SV650.

The SV650 engine is a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90° V-twin with a displacement of 645 cc. It has a bore of 81 mm and a stroke of 62.6 mm. The engine is fed by a fuel injection system and produces a claimed 72 hp at 9000 rpm and 44 lb-ft of torque at 7000 rpm.

The SV650 chassis is a steel trellis frame with a 56.3 inch wheelbase. The front suspension consists of 41 mm inverted forks with 120 mm of travel. The rear suspension consists of a single-sided swingarm with a preload-adjustable shock absorber. The SV650 has a seat height of 31.1 inches.

The SV650 brakes consist of a single 290 mm front disc with a two-piston caliper and a single 240 mm rear disc with a single-piston caliper. The SV650S has a half-fairing with a single headlight.
