1953-1959 Ford NAA, 501, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1801 Tractors

The Ford NAA, 501, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1801 tractors were a series of agricultural tractors manufactured by Ford from 1953 to 1959. These tractors were part of Ford's N-Series of tractors, which were designed to be versatile and affordable for farmers.

The NAA was the first tractor in the N-Series, and it was introduced in 1953. The NAA was powered by a 100-cubic-inch (1.6-liter) inline-four engine that produced 34 horsepower (25 kW). The NAA was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had a variety of features that made it well-suited for farm work, including a live power take-off (PTO), a hydraulic lift system, and a three-point hitch.

The 501 was introduced in 1954, and it was a more powerful version of the NAA. The 501 was powered by a 134-cubic-inch (2.2-liter) inline-four engine that produced 40 horsepower (30 kW). The 501 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had the same features as the NAA.

The 600 was introduced in 1955, and it was a larger and more powerful tractor than the NAA and 501. The 600 was powered by a 172-cubic-inch (2.8-liter) inline-four engine that produced 50 horsepower (37 kW). The 600 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had the same features as the NAA and 501.

The 700 was introduced in 1956, and it was a more powerful version of the 600. The 700 was powered by a 192-cubic-inch (3.1-liter) inline-four engine that produced 60 horsepower (45 kW). The 700 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had the same features as the NAA, 501, and 600.

The 800 was introduced in 1957, and it was a more powerful version of the 700. The 800 was powered by a 226-cubic-inch (3.7-liter) inline-four engine that produced 70 horsepower (52 kW). The 800 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had the same features as the NAA, 501, 600, and 700.

The 900 was introduced in 1958, and it was the most powerful tractor in the N-Series. The 900 was powered by a 272-cubic-inch (4.4-liter) inline-four engine that produced 80 horsepower (60 kW). The 900 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, and it had the same features as the NAA, 501, 600, 700, and 800.

The 1801 was introduced in 1959, and it was a special edition of the 900. The 1801 was powered by the same 272-cubic-inch (4.4-liter) inline-four engine as the 900, but it had a number of special features, including a deluxe seat, a padded steering wheel, and a radio. The 1801 was available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations.

The Ford NAA, 501, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1801 tractors were popular with farmers because they were versatile, affordable, and reliable. These tractors were used for a variety of tasks, including plowing, harrowing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting. The Ford N-Series tractors helped to revolutionize agriculture in the United States, and they played a major role in the growth of the American farm economy.
