**Saab 9-2X**

The Saab 9-2X was a compact hatchback produced by Saab from 2004 to 2006. The 9-2X was based on the Subaru Impreza WRX and was powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged boxer engine producing 230 horsepower and 224 lb-ft of torque. The 9-2X was offered with either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission. The 9-2X was praised for its performance, handling, and safety. It was also the only car in its class to offer a rear-seat DVD entertainment system.
