## Dodge Stratus, Chrysler Cirrus, Plymouth Breeze (1995-2000)
The Dodge Stratus, Chrysler Cirrus, and Plymouth Breeze are a trio of mid-size sedans that were produced by DaimlerChrysler from 1995 to 2000. These vehicles were based on the Chrysler JA platform and were designed to replace the Dodge Spirit, Chrysler LeBaron, and Plymouth Acclaim.
These vehicles were offered in a variety of trim levels, including the base model, the LX, and the ES. The base model came equipped with a 2.0-liter inline-four engine that produced 132 horsepower and 160 lb-ft of torque. The LX trim level came equipped with a 2.4-liter V6 engine that produced 150 horsepower and 165 lb-ft of torque. The ES trim level came equipped with a 2.5-liter V6 engine that produced 168 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque.
These vehicles were available with either a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission. The manual transmission was only available on the base model, while the automatic transmission was available on all trim levels.
These vehicles were known for their spacious interiors, comfortable ride, and good handling. They were also relatively fuel-efficient for their size, with the base model getting an EPA-estimated 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
The Dodge Stratus, Chrysler Cirrus, and Plymouth Breeze were discontinued in 2000 and were replaced by the Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler 300M, and Plymouth Prowler.
