Citroën BX

The Citroën BX is a large family car produced by the French automaker Citroën from 1982 to 1994. It was the last model in Citroën's long-running line of hydropneumatically suspended cars, and was replaced by the Xantia in 1993.

Design

The BX was designed by Marcello Gandini of Bertone. It has a distinctive wedge-shaped profile, with a steeply raked windscreen and a high rear deck. The car's hydropneumatic suspension gives it a very comfortable ride, and also allows it to be raised or lowered for different driving conditions.
