The twin goals of the Workplace Productivity and Performance (WPA) initiative were to improve the quality of student learning and workplace performance for all students. It envisioned a future in which all students would be high performers and all citizens would have access to high-quality public education. This report examines the progress made toward these goals over the past decade. It finds that significant progress has been made in some areas, but that challenges remain in others.
