FERRARI 348 CAR

The Ferrari 348 is a mid-engined sports car produced by Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari from 1989 to 1995.

The 348 was introduced as a replacement for the 328 and was the first Ferrari to be equipped with a V8 engine since the 308 GTB of 1980. The 348 was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with a gated manual transmission.

The 348 was offered in two body styles: a targa top and a berlinetta (hardtop). The targa top was the more popular body style, accounting for approximately 70% of production. The berlinetta was a more aerodynamic and lighter body style, but it was also more expensive.

The 348 was powered by a 3.4-liter V8 engine that produced 300 horsepower. The engine was paired with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The 348 was capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds and had a top speed of 171 mph.

The 348 was a popular car and was produced in a total of 12,194 units. The 348 was succeeded by the F355 in 1994.
