The Cagiva W16-600 is a motorcycle manufactured by Cagiva from 1995 to 1996. It was available in two versions: the W16 and the W16/t4. The W16 was a naked bike, while the W16/t4 was a touring bike with a fairing and saddlebags.

The W16-600 was powered by a 594 cc (36.2 cu in) four-stroke, V-twin engine with a dual overhead camshaft (DOHC) and four valves per cylinder. The engine produced 60 horsepower (45 kW) at 8500 rpm and 39 pound-feet (53 N⋅m) of torque at 7000 rpm. The engine was mated to a five-speed transmission.

The W16-600 had a steel trellis frame with a 43 mm (1.7 in) inverted front fork and a single rear shock absorber. The front brake was a 320 mm (12.6 in) single disc with a four-piston caliper, and the rear brake was a 240 mm (9.4 in) single disc with a two-piston caliper. The W16-600 had a 17-inch (430 mm) front wheel and a 18-inch (460 mm) rear wheel.

The W16-600 was a popular motorcycle in Europe, but it was never sold in the United States. The W16-600 was a well-rounded motorcycle that was comfortable to ride, handled well, and had a powerful engine.
