The Peugeot 205 is a subcompact car produced by the French automaker Peugeot from 1983 to 1998. It was the successor to the Peugeot 104 and was replaced by the Peugeot 206. The 205 was a commercial success, with over 5.2 million units produced worldwide.

The 205 was available in a variety of body styles, including a three-door hatchback, a five-door hatchback, a convertible, and a four-door sedan.
