**Description of the Mazda Millenia, Xedos 6, and Eunos 800**
The Mazda Millenia, also known as the Xedos 6 in Europe and the Eunos 800 in Japan, was a mid-size luxury sedan produced by Mazda from 1993 to 2002. It was based on the same platform as the Mazda 626 and Mazda MX-6 but featured a more upscale design and interior.
The Millenia was available with a variety of engine options, including a 2.0-liter V6, a 2.3-liter V6, and a 2.5-liter V6. The 2.0-liter V6 produced 145 horsepower and 136 lb-ft of torque, while the 2.3-liter V6 produced 160 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque. The 2.5-liter V6 produced 170 horsepower and 160 lb-ft of torque. All three engines were mated to a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic transmission.
The Millenia was praised for its stylish design, comfortable interior, and responsive handling. It was also one of the first cars to offer a DVD-based navigation system. However, the Millenia was relatively expensive and did not sell as well as some of its competitors.
In 1999, the Millenia received a minor facelift. The most noticeable change was the addition of a new grille and headlights. The interior was also updated with new materials and trim.
The Millenia was discontinued in 2002. It was replaced by the Mazda 6.
