The SLT trim level comes standard with a 5.3-liter V8 engine that produces 320 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. The Denali trim level comes standard with a 6.0-liter V8 engine that produces 345 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque.
The Yukon and Yukon XL are available with either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive models come standard with a four-speed automatic transmission, while the four-wheel drive models come standard with a five-speed automatic transmission.
Safety
The Yukon and Yukon XL come standard with a variety of safety features, including airbags, anti-lock brakes, and traction control. The SLT trim level adds side curtain airbags and a stability control system. The Denali trim level adds a lane departure warning system and a forward collision warning system.
